Edward A. Marcus, D.D.S.
Dr. Marcus received his undergraduate and dental education at Temple University where he graduated ranked first in his class from dental school and received numerous awards for excellence in dentistry. Dr. Marcus was awarded the American Fund for Dental Health Teacher Training Fellowship for two years to help him attend post-graduate specialty training. His post doctoral training in Periodontics and Fixed Prosthodontics was completed at Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Marcus is one of only a handful of dentists in the United States that holds American Dental Association accredited specialty certification in both Periodontics and Prosthodontics.
Cathy Jeronis, Office Administrator
Cathy has diverse experience in the field of dentistry. She has held positions of clinical assistant, laboratory technician, dental product sales representative as well as office manager. Her BS in Business Management from Philadelphia University adds to her qualifications. Her responsibilities at Floral Vale include this web site, since she is our in house computer expert, and financial help to the office and our patients. When she's not running her sons from one sporting event to another she enjoys playing computer games and reading.
Louise Loessy, Patient Care Coordinator
Louise has had extensive experience in the Dental and Medical Field over the last eleven years. She enjoys working in dentistry and looks forward to meeting and taking care of our wonderful patients. She has a gift for laughter, which helps to put everyone at ease. She is a Reiki practitioner, currently a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist practicing deep muscle therapeutic massage and continuing her education in Alternative Medicine and Body Work Therapies. She enjoys time to relax with a good book, gardening and spending time with her family and her crazy chocolate lab CoCo.
Lisa Schell, Patient Care Coordinator
Lisa has gained her dental experience between a General and Periodontal office as a chairside assistant and receptionist since 1998. She also has training as an LPN, as is evident in how she handles questions and concerns of our patients. You will hear her warm and caring voice when you call our office and she will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment. Her special interests are in Home and Garden design, real estate, football, going to the beach and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Karen Marcus, B.A., D.D.S., Surgical Coordinator
Karen attended Temple University where she received her BA in Biology in 1971. She then went on to receive her D.D.S. in Temple's School of Dentistry in 1977 where she won the Faculty Prize for the highest proficiency in dentistry. Karen was also elected to the honor dental fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. After graduation she remained with Temple for two years as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Operative Dentistry. Karen was an Associate in a Prosthodontic practice for eight years and in a General Dentistry practice for seven years. She then changed careers for several years by raising three wonderful children and taking care of the financial end of her husband's practice. Now that she is an "empty nester", we are happy to have her as our Surgical Coordinator. When she is not at work, she enjoys biking and hiking with her family. Some of her special interests include a collection of Victorian glass and dollhouse miniatrues.
MaryLou Ferrick, Implant and Dental Assistant
Mare enjoyed "on the job training" and spent eleven years assisting in Prosthodontics and thirteen years in Periodontics. Her patience, hard work, and eagerness to help whenever needed has given her a sense of pride in her work as a dental assistant. Mare has a love for horses, she also enjoys skiing, sewing, reading, and going to the beach; but her favorite is spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Anne Kelley, Implant and Dental Assistant
Anne joined our staff in 2009. Educated in dental assisting at Bucks County Technical School, she has brought with her many years of dental experience in both assisting and the front office area. Anne enjoys traveling and has had the pleasure of visiting places like Alaska, the Caribbean, New Zealand and Australia. In addition to having fun spending time with her nieces and nephews, Anne enjoys life in general as well as a good laugh.
Annette Tancredi, Registered Dental Hygienist
Annette graduated from Manor College with a Dental Hygiene Degree in 1998 where she also worked as a Clinical EFDA Supervisor, Education Coordinator and teacher in the Dental Hygiene program. She has developed relationships with her patients over the years due to her caring spirit and professionalism. Annette recently received her state licensure to administer local anesthesia and is certified as a Public Health Dental Practitioner. When and if she relaxes, she enjoys time with her family and friends at the New Jersey Shore.
Kimberly Quinn, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kimberly attended Manor College where she received her Dental Hygiene Degree and has been a hygienist since 2000. Having previously been a business owner she understands the personal touch that is necessary for each and every patient. Kimberly also recently received her state licensure to administer local anesthesia and is certified as a Public Health Dental Practitioner. She strongly believes and is very active in Environmental/Ecological Issues and Animal Rescue. For relaxation, she enjoys long walks and frequenting nice dinner restaurants.
